Gratitude is the highest vibration people can feel. All the people who live their lives with gratitude will tell you the same, that gratitude changed their life completely. Gratitude is essential in the process of changing lives. Along with meditation, gratitude is the tool, which changes our lives almost instantly. Gratitude is also the most beautiful feeling humans can feel. My spiritual journey started eight years ago. Meditation and gratitude were the first methods that I used to change my life. From the start, gratitude becomes part of me, and after some time, it becomes part of my consciousness and, my life started to change. Today, after eight years, gratitude is still an essential part of my morning routine. The most interesting thing about gratitude is that it transforms us completely. Every day we become better people. When we practice gratitude daily, we have more and more reasons to be grateful.

Thanks to the brilliant spiritual teachers, amazing books, and through personal experiences, more and more people consciously practice the law of attraction in the process of creating the life that they want. Different techniques help us to raise our vibration. Gratitude is one of the techniques that help us raise it instantly. An attitude of gratitude is naturally attractive. The better we feel, we are on the higher vibrational frequency, and we attract better and more beautiful things, people and experiences, in our lives. We create positive energy that emanates out from us and returns to us as wonderful experiences. We become magnetic. Gratitude is the state of consciousness that leads us into the constant high vibration through which we create beautiful realities and lives that we want.
Gratitude in everyday life
Conscious practice of gratitude, demand focus and focus demand discipline. After some time, this discipline becomes our lifestyle. The most important is to include gratitude in your daily routine. Like meditation, I included gratitude in my morning routine eight years ago and that hasn’t changed to this day. It is known that it is easiest to raise the vibration in the morning, before breakfast and before any activity, because our mind is not yet occupied with thoughts. That is why it is very important (especially in the beginning) to get used to the high vibrations of happiness, peace, joy, well-being, and gratitude from the early morning because the rest of the day depends on that vibration.
What is gratitude journal
Keeping the gratitude journal is one of the best ways to incorporate gratitude into your daily routine. This is a simple and effective way to bring positivity into your whole life and to significantly increase your life satisfaction and well-being.
Tips for keeping your gratitude journal:
- Write your gratitude journal early in the morning (right after morning meditation)
- Write 10 blessings that you are grateful for in your life
- Write the reason why you are grateful for each of your blessings
- After finishing your list, read out loud one more time all of your blessings and the reasons why you are grateful for them
Do this exercise for the next 30 days and watch how your vibration and your life are improving in front of your eyes.
Gratitude is one of the most important exercises for improving our everyday lives, raising our vibration and attracting the abundance that we desire. I hope everyone understands this and finally starts to create amazing lives that we all deserve.
