How long should I meditate per day?

You can start with 1 minute and then you can prolong it every day one minute more. 15-20 minutes per day are recommended.

What should I do if I keep falling asleep during meditation?

Falling asleep during meditation for beginners isn’t unusual. That means that probably your body needs to rest, so I suggest to start meditation when you are fresh, early morning before the breakfast is the best.

Eyes open or closed?

You can do both but with the eyes closed you will experience deeper levels of meditation. 

How ofen should I meditate?

It is the best to meditate every day. Like this you will enjoy it’s benefits long term and they will transform you.

Where to meditate?

You can meditate wherever you want, however you benefit the most when you meditate in the place where you feel calm and where you are not disturbed.
