New Season, New Routine!


Every new season means a new beginning. The smell of change is felt in the air. Especially in autumn. After a long hot summer, it’s time to turn to ourselves in the warmth of our homes. It is time for new ideas, for growth. Each season brings us some new, fresh energy, but autumn is special. Autumn invites us to reconsider, to work deeper on ourselves, to read books, to educate ourselves, to raise awareness, and to return to ourselves. This calmer state reminds us not to run away from ourselves, but to peek into our depths, to accept responsibility for our lives, and become an even better version of ourselves. This is a time to think about ourselves and learn from those who know more than we do.

In this blog, I will write about consistency that changes lives. Many have written about it, and many will write, but many more need to apply it to change their lives for the better and become happy and good people. I will share with you the daily routine that I have been doing for years, and that has completely changed my life.

My daily routine:

  1. Waking up early: Since getting up early in the morning, I realize how much more things I can do during the day, not only on a physical level but also on a mental one. I realized that getting up early in the morning makes me much fresher and more motivated. One of the things I love about early morning is calmness. At that time, I can plan my day in peace and dedicate time to a healthy breakfast. It is also known that we are much more productive in the morning. Since I get up earlier, I have enough time to dedicate it to myself and then start my daily schedule fresh and full of inspiration.
  2. Meditation: I already wrote about meditation and its benefits in one of my previous blogs. It is very important to meditate in the morning before we burden our minds with thoughts. Meditation raises our vibration, and the rest of the day depends on the morning vibration. When we incorporate meditation into our morning routine, we begin the day, calm, awake, and aware. We also react differently to the potential negative situations during the day. We are more focused and aware of everything that we are doing during the day.
  3. Gratitude: In detail about gratitude, I wrote in one of my previous blogs. Gratitude, as well as meditation, raises the vibration, so it is equally important in the morning routine. When you incorporate gratitude into your morning routine, you will evoke wonderful feelings that you never thought you could feel. Gratitude not only changes lives after just a few weeks of practice, but it also changes us as individuals. By introducing gratitude into our lives, we are more aware of what we have. We are grateful for all the wonderful people and all parts of our lives, and most importantly, we begin to love and appreciate ourselves on a whole other, deeper level.  When we practice gratitude daily, we have more and more reasons to be grateful.
  4. Healthy breakfast: I was a person who didn’t attach much to breakfast. I was convinced that I was not hungry in the morning and that a cup of coffee was enough for me. But ever since I established a healthy breakfast routine, everything has been different. I feel much more productive, fresher, and healthier. The combination of meditation, gratitude, and a healthy breakfast is the best for me.
  5. Education/Reading: Everyday education is very important. It is very important to dedicate time to our development and growth. Every day, before bed, I dedicate at least half an hour to educating. It doesn’t matter if it’s reading books, listening to videos, podcasts, or workshops. It is important to know what it is that awakens passion and inspiration in us and to dedicate time to learn about it. Not only will you get to know a completely different world and learn new things, but you will also feel productive and fulfilled at the end of the day.

Why is consistency so important?

I believe that consistency is very important in everything. It is very important because that is how you will see the results the fastest. If we speak about the Law of Attraction, consistency is the key, because the more you are consistent, the more momentum you alow and your vibration is higher and higher. What is wonderful about consistency is that you can track the results of it. After just a few weeks, your life will change before your eyes and you will know that it is because of your new routine and the consistency you maintain.

I shared the routine that I have been maintaining for years and that has fundamentally changed my life. I believe everyone has to find their own routine that will suit them best. This is the combination that suits me best. It may be a little challenging at first if you haven’t had a routine so far, but any routine that makes us better and happier is worth implementing. I deeply believe that without major changes within us, we cannot expect major changes in our lives.
