Ten years ago, I began researching the law of attraction. I spent five years working intensively on myself, learning from the best teachers of our time, getting to know meditation and gratitude. After only a few months of intense work on myself, my life began to change drastically. And I, of course, began to change radically. I was never really a person for reading books when I was younger. Maybe I didn’t know what to read, what would be interesting for me. After I began my spiritual journey, books started to be more and more interesting for me. Today I can say that I have a nice collection of amazing books. This is a list of books and the links that I claim to change lives, heal, and reveal how to live our purpose:
- Rhonda Byrne “The power”– The first book I put on this list is my first book on the law of attraction. This book has left a deep impact on me because it has opened a window into the life I live today in a very simple and understandable way. The book is written in a very simple language that anyone can understand. It describes the law of attraction on simple everyday examples and shows us what we are doing “wrong” in everyday life. It also indicates that the little things we do, say and think during the day are incredibly important. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who is just entering the world of the law of attraction and who wants a clear explanation of what the law of attraction is, without going into too much dept.
- Esther Hicks “Ask and It is Given: Learning to Manifest your desires” – I have no words for this book. To date, this book is definitely the number one in terms of explaining and implementing conscious creation in everyday life. After this book, my life started to change drastically in just a few weeks. The book contains 22 processes for raising vibration. My favorites are definitely meditation and gratitude even though I have used others. This book is written in relatively simple language and I recommend it to anyone who has already heard of the law of attraction but does not know how to raise the vibration in a fast, efficient, and long-lasting way. This is one of the most beloved and valuable books in my collection and I am always happy to read it again.
- Eckhart Tolle “A New Earth”– This book has left a huge mark on me. Eckhart Tolle is one of the greatest spiritual teachers of our time, and this book of his will transform your life and make you think. The book is very deep with strong messages. The book takes time to read, because, you have to contemplate what you read, highlight it, and read it again.
- Rhonda Byrne “The magic“– This book is invaluable. This is a book that everyone should read. When I started working on myself, I introduced two things into my daily routine, meditation, and gratitude. This is a book about gratitude. Gratitude transforms lives. It is very important to introduce gratitude into your daily routine. This book will help you make gratitude a part of you. Click here if you want to learn more about the importance of gratitude.
I have been meditating for ten years, and for me, meditation is not just a means of relaxation but much more than that. Meditation changes lives and us completely. Click here if you want to learn more about meditation and how to meditate. Here are my two favorite books on meditation:
- Pema Chödrön “How to Meditate”– This is one of my favorite books on meditation. It is written in very simple language. The author gives many examples from everyday life. Meditation is often presented as a big and arduous job. Also, many people do not start meditating because they have not found the right content that will explain meditation in a simple way. This book is just that. The author explains by her example of how she meditates. In this book, meditation is presented as a simple skill that anyone can practice on a daily basis. I recommend this book to anyone who is willing to learn to meditate and implement meditation into their daily routine.
- Thich Nhat Hanh “The Miracle of Mindfulness”– This is my favorite book on meditation. Anyone who follows the work of Thich Nhat Hank knows how easily and calmly he talks about life. Such is this book. He describes meditation in an incredibly simple way. The whole book is based on experiences from everyday life. From this book, you will learn how to consciously live every moment. This book will change your life. I recommend it to everyone, beginners but also to those who have been meditating for years.
During my spiritual journey, I learned one very important thing, and that is the power of education. I learned that we never stop growing and learning. Today we live in a world full of wonderful teachers, whose knowledge we can apply in our lives and thus transform it and become better, healthier, and happier people. I wholeheartedly wish you to learn, grow, and educate yourself every day. Only in this way, together can we raise the collective consciousness and make this world better and happier for ourselves and for future generations to come.
